How fulfillment works
X-Designer Breeds products are fulfilled through a small number of trusted third-party suppliers rather than a single in-house warehouse. Because of that, processing and delivery times vary by product — we’d rather tell you the real range than promise one number that isn’t true for every item.
Typical timelines
- Most grooming, feeding, and jewelry items ship from a US-based warehouse. Processing is typically 1–3 business days, with delivery in roughly 3–9 business days after that.
- A small number of items are fulfilled internationally. These are clearly the exception, not the rule, and typically take longer — roughly 7–19 business days for delivery once shipped.
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and can also check status from your account.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
